From negotiation to sales agreement.

Now it is important to determine the right bidding strategy and the best opening bid.


If your final offer is accepted, the agreements are recorded in a purchase agreement with questionnaire, list of items and (if applicable) VvE checklist.

Transfer of ownership at the notary.

On the agreed date of transfer, the house is inspected, and the meter  readings recorded. The notary documents are checked by Uberhouse. The finances are checked. It is now just a matter of signing the deed of transfer at a notary. The notary registers you in the Land Registry as the new owner.
